About Chad Basinger

First and foremost, I strive to do the very best at every thing I do. As a business professional involved in buying and selling real estate, exceeding my clients' expectations is paramount to my business model. I grew up surrounded by real estate with my mom being in the business for over 50 years and in the top 1% of agents nationwide. I have a business background, having graduated from UC Santa Barbara early with a bachelors of arts with an emphasis in accounting. I worked at the largest accounting firm in the world, Ernst and Young, for 2 years where I earned my CPA license (still active.) From there, I worked on Wall Street for over 10 years, where I honed my negotiating skills which are critical in handling real estate transactions. From here, I attained my real estate license as well as my Certified Financial Planner Certificate.

 

With buying and selling a home being such a major financial event, it is of the utmost importance to work with a professional that understands the numbers involved in the transaction. Making sure it makes financial sense is much more important than merely being a part of the transaction. I have the business savvy and marketing prowess to handle any and all transactions. I work in all of San Diego County and specialize in the North County Inland areas, paying particular attention to the following zip codes:92064, 92067, 92126, 92127, 92128, 92129, 92130, 92131, 92101, 92067, 92078, 92025, 92026, 92029. However, being a native San Diegan and having lived here a large part of my life, I have represented clients in several zip codes beyond those mentioned above and promise to do any and all the necessary research to insure my client gets the best representation possible.

 

While I do not necessarily want to focus on individual accolades, I do think it is important to be working with a full time REALTOR® who is very active. I have been awarded San Diego Association of REALTORS Circle of Excellence Award every year since inception (given out to the top 5% of agents in San Diego County). Furthermore, I have been awarded the Five Star Agent designation, and was the #1 Producing individual agent for Windermere Homes & Estates in all of San Diego County for 2020 and 2021.
